| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢黄体血肿与卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的超声声像图特征,提高超声对两者的鉴别诊断能力。方法回顾性分析48个卵巢黄体血肿与51个卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图特征,并进行对比。结果卵巢黄体血肿典型的网隔状回声及周边半环状彩色血流,与卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿鉴别差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿典型的点状低回声与卵巢黄体血肿鉴别差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超声对卵巢黄体血肿和卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿有很好的鉴别诊断价值。
