SuperCable^TMIso-Elastic^TM环扎系统辅助内固定治疗长管状骨骨折

摘    要:目的探讨SuperCable^TMIso-Elastic^TM环扎系统辅助内固定治疗长管状骨长斜形和粉碎性骨折的手术疗效。方法将42例长管状骨长斜形和粉碎性骨折切开复位,采用带锁髓内针、DHS、金属接骨板等内固定,并辅以SuperCable^TMIso-Elastic^TM环扎系统固定,观察骨折愈合、关节功能情况及有无内固定物松动、断裂、骨质吸收、排异反应、电解反应等并发症。结果42例随访6~13个月,28例骨折线已消失,余14例骨折处亦已有骨痂形成,关节功能恢复满意,无内固定物松动、断裂、骨折畸形愈合、骨质吸收、排异反应、电解反应等并发症发生。结论SuperCable^TMIso-Elastic^TM环扎系统是一种辅助治疗长管状骨长斜形和粉碎性骨折的较好方法。

Abstract:Objective Investigate the clincal effect of SuperCable^TMIso-Elastic^TM system aid treatment long tubular bone fi'ucture. Methods Comminted long tubular bone fructure 42 casts treated with intramedullary interlocking nail,DHS and plant interfixation, at the same time aid with SuperCableTM Iso-ElasticTM system, investigate the clincal effect after operation. Results All of the patients follow-up 6-13 mouths, It is an easy manipulation and satisfied result, without fixatong lossing, break ,deformity ,bone obsorb et al. Conclusion it is effective method that SuperCableTM Iso-Elas- ticTM system aid in the treatment of comminuted long tubular bone fructure.
