摘    要:目的 用同种犬腹主动脉段移植的方法构建腹主动脉瘤模型,研究该模型的病理特征。方法8条犬随机等分为两组,试验组接收对照组的腹主动脉段(0.5%戊二醛浸泡30s),对照组接收试验组的腹主动脉段(0.5%戊二醛浸泡90s)。结果 术后1月起,试验组3条犬移植的腹主动脉进行性扩张并逐渐成瘤,瘤壁内膜出现钙化斑块,中膜弹力纤维降解,外膜炎性细胞浸润,1条犬移植段血管未扩张,腔内血栓形成;对照组4条犬移植段腹主动脉未扩张,动脉壁结构完整。结论 犬腹主动脉段适度去抗原处理后,同种移植能诱导腹主动脉瘤形成,并类似腹主动脉瘤的病理特征,其原因可能与炎症反应有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathologic characteristic of the canine abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAA) model by abdominal aorta allograft transplantation.Methods Eight dogs were equally randomized to two groups: the test group received the abdominal aorta(0.5% glutaral for 30 s) of the control group,and the control group received the abdominal aorta(0.5% glutaral for 90 s) of the test group.Results The transplantable abdominal aorta of 3 dogs in the test group began to dilate in one month after operation,and then developed AAA.The pathologic characteristics of the canine AAA model included calcified plaques in the intima,elastic architectural degeneration in the media,and infiltration of inflammatory cells in the adventitia.Abdominal aorta dilation did not occur in one of them despite intraluminal thrombosis.The transplantable abdominal aorta of the 4 dogs in the control group did not dilate and the architecture of the artery wall remained intact.Conclusions Canine antigen-cleared abdominal aorta allograft transplantation could induce formation of AAA.The canine AAA model had the pathologic characteristics similar to those of humans,and the mechanism of this model may be correlated to inflammatory reaction.
