摘    要:本文观察到静脉注射用免疫球蛋白(IVIg)体外抑制脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)的增殖.其中IVIg分子的Fc和F(ab’)_ 2片段都能发挥作用,并且抑制是可逆的.IVIg对于HUVEC几乎没有细胞毒作用.IVIg对VCAM-1、ICAM-l mRNA的表达没有明显影响,但是IVIg对于由TNFa或IL-lβ增强的VCAM-1、ICAM-1表达呈明显的下调作用.

Abstract:The effect of IVIg on the in vitro activation of human endothelial cells, as assessed by cell proliferation and RT-PCR-detected expression of mRNA coding for VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 adhesion molecules , has been investigated in this study. The results showed that IVIg inhibited the proliferation of endothelial cells. This effect was dependent on both Fc and F (ab' )2 fragments of the immunoglobulin molecule and fully reversible. IVIg had little cytotoxic effect as observed by cell viability and had no effect on basal levels of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 mRNA, but fully down-regulated the expression of mRNA coding for these two adhesion molecules induced by TNF-a or IL-1β
