社区居民急救知识培训的对比研究

目的 研究急救知识培训对提高居民急救水平的作用。 方法 对两个社区居民进行问卷调查,华为社区为干预组,对干预组进行现场医学急救知识培训;大学城社区为对照组。进行两次问卷调查,比较培训前后两组急救知识掌握程度。 结果 干预组急救知识知晓率从原来的17.0%上升至培训后的59.2%,心肺复苏术了解率从5.0% 上升到47.1%,对比有显著差异(P<0.05);对照组急救知识知晓率从原来的17.4%上升至19.0%,心肺复苏术了解率分别为5.0%和4.53%,均无显著性差异;干预组和对照组在培训后急救知识知晓率分别为59.2%和19.0%,心肺复苏术了解率分别为47.1%和5.3%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 进行急救知识培训可以提高居民急救水平。

Comparative study of first-aid training for community residents

Objective To analyze the role of the first-aid training in increasing the first-aid level of community residents. Methods A questionnaire investigation was performed on the residents from two communities. The residents in Huawei community served as interference group, and received scene first-aid medical training, and those in Daxuecheng community as the control group. The awareness rate of first-aid knowledge was compared in two groups before and after training. Results In interference group, the awareness rate of first-aid knowledge was 17.0% and 59.2%, and that of cardiopulmonary resuscitation 5.0% and 47.1% respectively before and after training （P〈0.05）. In control group, the awareness rate of first-aid knowledge was 17.4% and 19.0%, and that of cardiopulmonary resuscitation 5.0% and 4. 53% respectively before and after training （P〈0.05）. After first-aid training, there was significant difference in the awareness rate of first-aid knowledge and cardiopulmonary resuscitation between interference group and control group. Conclusion First-aid knowledge training could increase the first-aid level of the residents.
