江西省强制戒毒人员乙肝/丙肝重叠感染的影响因素分析

目的:了解江西省司法强制戒毒机构收治人员的HBV、HCV、以及HBV-HCV重叠感染的感染率及影响因素。方法:对2017年度江西省6家强制隔离戒毒所收治的吸毒人员共3462名进行问卷调查以获取人口学特征和吸毒行为特征。结果:调查人群的HBV、HCV、HBV-HCV的阳性检出率分别为19.35%、12.62%、2.69%,年龄、吸毒年限、吸食毒品方式和共用注射器是其重要影响因素。结论:25-34岁、男性、初中学历、已婚及未婚和无业者是吸毒人员感染病毒性肝炎的高危人群,应对其进行重点防控。

Analysis of influencing factors of hepatitis B/C hepatitis overlap infection in compulsory drug abusers in Jiangxi Province

Objective:To explore the infection rate and influencing factors of HBV, HCV, and HBV-HCV overlap infections in the judicial compulsory drug rehabilitation agencies in Jiangxi Province. Methods:A total of 3462 drug users admitted to 6 compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers in Jiangxi Province in 2017 were surveyed to obtain demographic characteristics and drug abuse behavior characteristics. Results:The positive detection rates of HBV, HCV and HBV-HCV in the survey population were 19.35%, 12.62% and 2.69%, respectively. Age, drug use, and sharing syringes were important factors. Conclusion:25-34 years old, male, junior high school, and unemployed are high-risk groups of drug-infected people with viral hepatitis, and should be controlled.
