家庭情感功能、应对方式与戒毒康复人员心理健康的关系研究

目的:探讨戒毒康复人员家庭情感功能、应对方式和心理健康的关系,初步构建并验证不成熟应对方式在家庭情感功能与心理健康之间的中介作用。方法:采用家庭功能量表、应对方式问卷、90项症状清单对北海戒毒康复所的77名戒毒康复人员进行问卷调查。结果:(1)戒毒康复人员的家庭情感功能与不成熟应对方式与心理健康总得分呈显著正相关;(2)不成熟应对方式负向显著预测心理健康。(3)不成熟应对方式在家庭情感功能对心理健康的影响中起完全中介作用。结论:家庭情感功能可以直接影响戒毒康复人员的心理健康,也可以通过应对方式间接地影响其心理健康。

The influence of family emotional function on mental health of rehabilitated detoxification personnels: mediating role of coping style

Objective:To explore the relationship between family emotional function, coping style and mental health of drug rehabilitation personnel, and to construct and verify the mediating role of immature coping style in family emotional function and mental health. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 77 drug rehabilitation personnel in Beihai Drug Rehabilitation Center using the Family Function Scale, Coping Style Questionnaire and 90 symptom lists. Results:(1) The family emotional function of the drug rehabilitation personnel was significantly positively correlated with the immature coping style and the total mental health score;(2) The immature coping style negatively predicted the mental health.(3) Immature coping style plays a full mediating role in the influence of family emotional function on mental health. Conclusion:Family emotional function can directly affect the mental health of drug rehabilitation personnel, and can also affect their mental health indirectly through coping style.
