复方丁丙诺啡制剂在中国用于治疗阿片类物质使用障碍的应用前景

阿片类物质使用障碍仍是当今中国急需解决的社会及公共卫生问题之一。目前,中国用于治疗阿片类物质使用障碍的药物局限性较大,难以提高患者的治疗依从性。本文从阿片类物质的基本药理作用、药物治疗现状及各种治疗药物的优劣、丁丙诺啡纳洛酮舌下片的药理作用、复方丁丙诺啡制剂用于治疗阿片类物质使用障碍的优势及应用前景做一综述。以期为中国阿片类物质使用障碍患者探索更为合理有效的治疗途径,并基于临床实践给予相应的用药管理及建议。

Application prospect of compound buprenorphine in treating opioid use disorders in China

The disorders of opiates are still one of the most urgent social and public health problems in China.At present,the drug used to treat opioid use disorders in China has great limitations,and it is difficult to improve the treatment compliance of patients.In this essay,we will summarize the basic pharmacological effects of opioids,the current situation of drug treatment and the advantages and disadvantages of various therapeutic drugs,the pharmacological effects of buprenorphine sublingual tablets,the advantages and application prospects of compound buprenorphine in the treatment of opioid use disorders.To explore a more reasonable and effective treatment for Chinese patients with opioid use disorders,and give corresponding medication management and recommendations based on clinical practice.
