| 摘 要： | 研究开发了一种新型的消化道定点释放工程药丸系统和基于磁标记定位跟踪技术的工程药丸体内定位跟踪系统,并成功进行了动物试验.该工程药丸系统具有可靠性高、可适应多种药物剂型的优点.

The Development of a New Engineering-Based Site-Specific Delivery Capsule (SSDC) |

| Abstract: | In this paper, a new SSDC system has been developed to provide the delivery of different drug formations, such as solution, powder and granulatio, into any region of the alimentary tract, efficiently and easily . Meanwhile a Magnetic Marker Monitoring (MMM)system has alse been designed to monitor the location of the engineering-based capsule inside the alimentary tract. The animal experiments show that the SSDC system can be used as an innovative and valuable method for the studies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pharmacology. |
