去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功血的疗效分析

目的观察去氧孕烯炔雌醇（俗称妈富隆）与结合雌激素（俗称倍美力）治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血（功血）的止血效果。方法对122例青春期功血合并中重度贫血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中采用倍美力治疗62例为倍美力组,口服妈富隆治疗60例为妈富隆组,观察两组患者的临床疗效并进行对比。结果妈富隆组全部止血成功,倍美力组6例失败;妈富隆组控制出血时间及完全止血时间明显短于倍美力组（P〈0.01）。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功血疗效明显优于传统的雌激素治疗方案。

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Marvelon Treatment With Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Adolescent Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Premarin or Marvelon in the treatment of acute bleeding episode of dysfunctional uterine bleeding（ DUB ） in adolescent patients. Methods The clinical records of 122 girls with DUB and moderate or severe anemia were retrospectively analyzed. All 122 patients received hormonal therapy, sixty two patients were treated with Premarin,sixty patients with Marvelon, clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results All in Marvelon group succeeded in stopping bleeding, however, six examples failed in Premarin group; the controlling bleeding time and completely stopping bleeding time of Marvelon group was obviously shorter than that of Premarin group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Marvelon on DUB in adolescent patients is significantly higher than that of estrogen.
