灯盏细辛注射液联合伊贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的探讨灯盏细辛注射液联合伊贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法72例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组，联合组给予灯盏细辛注射液和伊贝沙坦，对照组单用伊贝沙坦，其他治疗方案不变。观察治疗前后空腹血糖、血压、血脂、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）及肾功能等各项指标。结果两组患者治疗后空腹血糖、血压、血脂、UAER、Ccr、BUN、Scr均明显降低（P〈0．05），联合组UAER降低幅度显著高于对照组[（81±2）mg／24hVS（49±2）mg／24h，P〈0．01]。结论灯盏细辛注射液联合伊贝沙坦在降低早期糖尿病肾病的蛋白尿、保护肾脏方面具有显著的临床疗效。

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF USING BOTH ERIGERON BREVISCAPUS LIQUID AND IRBESARTAN IN TREATMENT FOR DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY(DN)

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of using both Erigeron breviscapus liquid and Irbesartan in treatment for patient with early diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods 72 patients with early diabetic nephropathy（DN） were at random divided into two groups. One group（ united group）were used both Erigeron brevisca- pus liquid and Irbesartan, and the other （comparison group）were used Irbesartan only. The other curative plans remained unchanged. To observe such data before and after therapy as the blood sugar before breakfast, blood pressure, blood fat,the excretory rate of urine albumin（UAER） and kidney function. Results After therapy, blood sugar before breakfast, blood pressure, blood fat, UAER, CCR, BUN, SCR in two groups all decreased remarkably （p 〈 0.05 ）. In the united group the decreased extent of UAER was much more than that in comparison group. [ （81 ＋ 2）mg/24 h vs （49 ± 2） mg/24 h, （p 〈 0.01 ） ]. Conclusions using both Erigeron breviscapus liquid and Irbesartan can reduce urine albumin and protect the kidney in treatment for patient with early diabetic nephropathy（DN）, it has wonderful clinical effect.
