谷氨酰胺二肽对急性胰腺炎大鼠自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨谷氨酰胺二肽 (Gln)对急性胰腺炎大鼠自由基代谢及抗氧化作用的影响。方法 :采用 5 %牛磺胆酸钠逆行注入胰胆管建立急性胰腺炎模型 ,并用生理盐水、Gln等试剂预处理。分别在给药后 4 ,8,16h处死动物 ,检测血浆谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)浓度 ,并观察胰腺组织病理变化。结果 :经Gln预处理后 ,各时间点动物血浆GSH、SOD浓度均增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而MDA浓度则降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胰腺组织病理变化差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :Gln改善急性胰腺炎自由基代谢及抗氧化作用

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Alanyl Glutamine dipeptide on free radical metabolism in acute pancreatitis rats. Methods: Acute pancreatitis model in rats was induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurccholate into the pancreatobiliary duct(1 ml·kg -1 body weight),then pretreated with normal saline(NS) and Alanyl Glutamine dipeptide respectively. Rats were killed at 4 h,8 h,16 h after administration. Glutathione (GSH) concentration and levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the plasma were measured,and pathological studies in pancreas was also performed. Results: In groups pretreated by Alanyl Glutamine,the levels of plasma GSH and SOD increased significantly than those in group pretreated by NS(P<0.05),while the level of plasma MDA decreased significantly(P<0.05). Pathological scores of pancreas in each AP group had no difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Alanyl Glutamine can increase glutathione concentration and the antioxidative capacity in acute pancreatitis of rats.
