| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰腺癌的64层螺旋CT表现及对临床手术的指导价值。方法：回顾性分析28例经病理证实的胰腺癌双期扫描的CT征象,评估手术价值。结果：胰腺癌的CT表现具有一定特征性,并可通过胰周血管受累情况及远处转移情况对胰腺癌手术可切除性进行评价。结论：64层螺旋CT双期扫描能反映胰腺癌的血供特点,可作为诊断胰腺癌及其术前分期的首选方法,对胰腺癌的可切除性评估具有重要的临床指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: Performance and clinical surgical guidance value of 64-slice spiral CT to pancreatic cancer.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 28 patients with pathologically confirmed pancreatic cancer signs of dual-phase CT scan to assess the value of surgery.Results: CT manifestations of pancreatic cancer has a certain characteristic,and through the situation peripancreatic vessel involvement and distant metastasis of pancreatic cancer to evaluate tumor resectability.Conclusion: 64-slice CT dual-phase scanning can reflect the characteristics of pancreatic cancer of the blood supply,and it can be used for diagnosis and preoperative staging of pancreatic cancer the preferred method of assessment of resectability of pancreatic cancer has important clinical significance. |
