3．28王家岭透水事故现场大救援研讨

“3．28”王家岭重大透水事故有153名建设矿工被困井下，对此党中央、国务院高度重视，迅速成立应急救援指挥部，制定详细救援预案。山西省医疗救援队以最快速度入驻事故现场，勘察事故现场状况及井下被困矿工情况，根据井下透水事故常规经验及井下被困时间预测被困矿工生存概率，对现场救援过程可能存在的环境，人员分布，人员体能及对未来影响等各种因素进行事先分析，预测及演练，规划救护通道，细化医疗救助方案，统一指挥。将第一医疗救援甄别点由坑口延伸到井下，缩短被救人员到达医院的时间。受困189h的115例矿工成功获救，所有被救矿工均保证了在30～45s转运到救护车内，并顺利弛离坑口，全部安全转运到医院。

Grand Rescue Study-3.28 Wangjialing coal mine flooding accident in Shanxi

Objective To furnish valuable reference by retrospectively analyzing the rescue process taken in Wangjialing coal mine flooding accident. Methods The following steps were taken into account in the mission- enter the site at the first time; fully understand the situation of disaster site and the surrounding terrain; analyze all factors affecting rescue, as underground terrain, miners allocation, their physical condition, and etc.; make prediction and conduct instant drill on creating rescue passages to complete the plan; shorten the rescue time by moving triage process into underground mine. Results All the rescued miners carried into ambulances within 30-45 seconds were transported to hospital. 115 miners out of a total of 153 trapped were saved through an eight day and night rescue mission. Conclusion Adequate planning and nimble adjustment are considered as the guarantee of success. The success of this rescue was determined under the leadership of our Communist Party with the joint efforts made of all levels.
