老年血小板检测中静脉采血的护理配合对采血效果的影响

目的 研究老年血小板检测中静脉采血的护理配合对采血效果的影响.方法 选取2014年6月至2015年12月期间在我院体检中心静脉采血行血小板检测的老年人64例,抽签随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各32例.对照组仅给予常规消毒、止血等基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理、规范操作、合并疾病相应处理等方面的综合护理,从两组采血成功率、血小板聚集率、焦虑抑郁评分(SAS、SDS)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、不良反应率等等方面比较护理配合对采血效果的影响.结果 ①观察组一次穿刺成功取血率96.88％较对照组84.38％高,但二者无显著差异(P＞0.05);②观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分较护理前、对照组低(P＜0.05);③观察组血小板聚集率(60.2±9.1)％较对照组(68.1±10.2)％低(P＜0.05);④观察组采血3 min后VAS(2.9±1.3)分较对照组(3.8±1.5)分低(P＜0.05);⑤观察组静脉采血不良症状率6.25％较对照组25.00％低(P＜0.05).结论 老年静脉采血血小板检测中给予相应护理配合能减轻紧张、焦虑抑郁心理和缓解采血疼痛,有利于提高一次穿刺成功取血率,减少不良症状发生.

Effects of Nursing Cooperation of Venous Blood Collection in Elderly Platelet Detection on Effect of Blood Collection

Objective To study effects of nursing cooperation of venous blood collection in elderly platelet detection on effect of blood collection.Methods 64 cases of elderly people who were detected by platelet detection in venous blood collection in medical examination center of our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were divided by random lot method into the control group and theobservationgroup(each 32 cases).The control group received routine disinfection,hemostasis and other basic nursing,the observation group received psychology,standard operation,combined disease corresponding treatment and other comprehensive nursingon the basis of the control group,effects of nursing cooperation on effect of blood collection were compared in success rate of blood collection,platelet aggregation rate,anxiety and depression scores(SAS,SDS),visual analogue pain scale(VAS),adverse reaction rate and others between the two groups.Results ①One-time puncture success blood collection rate of the observation group was 96.88％,which was higher than the control group(84.38％) (P ＞ 0.05);②SAS,SDS scores in the observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those before the nursing and the control group (P ＜ 0.05);③ Platelet aggregation rate in the observation group (60.2 ± 9.1)％ was significantly lower than the control group (68.1 ± 10.2)％ (P ＜0.05);④VAS in the observation group 3 min after blood collection(2.9 ± 1.3)scores was significantly lower than the control group (3.8 ± 1.5)scores (P ＜ 0.05);⑤Rate of venous blood collection adverse symptoms in the observation group 6.25％ was significantly lower than the control group(25.00％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Corresponding nursing cooperation in elderly venous blood collection platelet detection can relieve stress,anxiety and depression,ease blood collection pain,it is conducive to increasing one-time puncture success blood collection rate,reduce occurrence of subcutaneous congestion and other adverse symptoms.
