摘    要:目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞的320排动态容积CT血管造影的诊断价值。方法对临床疑诊下肢深静脉血栓和或肺栓塞的120例患者行320排动态容积CT下肢深静脉和肺动脉成像。结果发现下肢深静脉血栓84例,肺栓塞46例,其中肺栓塞和下肢深静脉血栓同时存在者32例。下肢深静脉血栓的直接征象主要表现为管腔中央类圆形、长条形不均匀低密度性充盈缺损。肺栓塞的直接征象主要表现为肺动脉管腔内充盈缺损和管腔完全阻塞影像。结论 320排CT动态容积扫描对诊断下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞具有重要的价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of 320-row detector dynamic volume CT venography in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremity and pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods The consecutive 120 patients with suspected PE and/or DVT of lower extremity underwent 320-row detector dynamic volume CT venography simultaneously.Results Of the 120 patients,there w as DVT of lower limb in 84 cases,and PE was seen in 46 cases.32 patients had both DVT of lower limb and PE.In DVT images,the middle of the lumen was oval,and filling defects were elongated,uneven and low-density.PE showed direct signs of varied sizes and shapes of filling defects in pulmonary artery and completely blocking artery.Conclusion The 320-row detector dynamic volume CT has important diagnostic value for deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
