凝血酶辅助奥美拉唑治疗胃出血的止凝血效果

目的研究凝血酶辅助奥美拉唑治疗胃出血的止凝血效果和对病情转归的影响。方法选取我院2014年2月至2015年12月消化科收治的68例胃出血患者,抽签随机将其分为对照组和观察组,两组各34例。入院后均禁饮禁食、体征监控等基础处理,对照组给予常规药物奥美拉唑维持治疗,观察组给予凝血酶辅助奥美拉唑联合治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果两组均成功完成治疗,观察组大便隐血转阴时间(5.23±0.84)d、止血时间(32.91±9.56)h、住院时间(7.73±1.04)d分别较对照组(6.02±1.02)d、(45.26±10.54)h、(8.75±1.26)低,均差异显著(P0.05);观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异显著(P0.05);观察组治疗不良反应率较对照组低,差异显著(P0.05)。结论凝血酶辅助奥美拉唑治疗胃出血效果较好,不良反应少。

Thrombin Auxiliary Omeprazole Check Blood Coagulation Effect for the Treatment of Stomach Bleeding

Objective To study the thrombin auxiliary omeprazole treatment stomach bleeding check blood coagulation effect and impact on disease outcome.Methods Select our hospital in February 2014 to December 2015 at the records of 68 patients with stomach bleeding,digestive department draw its randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups (n =34).After admission are forbidden to drink fast monitoring such as foundation treatment,signs,the control group given conventional drug omeprazole maintenance treatment,observation group was given thrombin auxiliary omeprazole combined treatment,observe two groups of clinical curative effect.Results Two groups were successfully completed treatment,observation group stool occult blood turn time (5.23 ± 0.84) d,hemostatic time (32.91 ± 9.56) h,hospital stay (7.73 ± 1.04) d respectively than control group (6.02 ± 1.02) d,(45.26 ± 10.54) h,(8.75-1.26) d is low,have significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);Observation group total effective rate was high,the significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);Adverse reaction rate was lower than those of control group,the observation treatment group significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Thrombin auxiliary omeprazole treatment stomach bleeding effect is good,less adverse reaction.
