间歇充气加压在预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用

目的探讨间歇充气加压在预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(COPD)下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)中的应用。方法选择我院ICU室2012年1月~〈2015年1月的100例COPD患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组50例,对照组50例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上给予间歇充气加压预防DVT的护理。比较两组患者DVT发生率、械通气时间、ICU住院时间、ICU死亡率和血栓标志物水平的变化。结果试验组DVT总发生率明显低于对照组比较(8.00%vs26.00%),(P0.05);试验组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、ICU死亡率比对照组均降低,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。与对照比较,试验组D-D水平升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论间歇充气加压预防COPD患者DVT的效果显著,可有效降低DVT的发生率。

Prevention of deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Through Intermittent Pneumatic Compression

Objective To study the prevention of deep venous thrombosis ( DVT ) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) through intermittent pneumatic compression .Methods 100 cases patients with COPD in our hospital in ICU department from 2012 January to 2015 January were chose , and 50 cases were divided into experiment group ,50 cases were normal control group .Normal control group received conventional nursing intervention .Experiment group received intermittent pneumatic compression nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing intervention .After nursing intervention , the rate of DVT,the levels of thrombus maker ,mechanical ventilation day ,the day of ICU stay and mortality rates in ICU were evaluated in each group .Results After nursing intervention ,the total rate of DVT in experiment group were obviously lower than in the normal control group ( 8.00%vs 26.00%) ( P<0.05 ) .Compared with the normal control group , the mechanical ventilation day , the day of ICU stay and mortality rates in ICU in experiment group were lower ,but there was no statistical significance ( P>0.05 ) .Compared with the normal control group ,the levels of D-D in experiment group were obviously higher ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Patients with COPD through intermittent pneumatic compression nursing intervention could reduce the rate of DVT .
