兰索拉唑对消化性溃疡出血患者凝血功能的影响

目的研究兰索拉唑对消化性溃疡出血患者凝血功能的影响。方法选择2012年4月至2015年6月我院消化内科就诊收治的80例消化性溃疡伴出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组(各40例),其中对照组给予西咪替丁注射液,治疗组给予兰索拉唑粉针静脉滴,治疗结束后比较两组患者凝血指标的变化及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前各凝血功能指标比较无明显差异(P0.05),治疗后两组患者aPTT、PT、TT均下调,Fbg、PLT均增加,与治疗前比较均有差异(P0.05),治疗后且观察组各凝血指标改变优于对照组(P0.05),治疗后止血疗效比较:治疗组(92.5%)总有效率明显高于对照组(80.0%)(P0.05),溃疡愈合疗效比较,治疗组(82.5%)的显效率明显高于对照组(67.5%)(P0.05)。结论兰索拉唑能促进消化性溃疡出血患者凝血功能,且其临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Effect of Lansoprazole on Coagulation Function in Patients with Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

Objective To study the effect of lansoprazole on blood coagulation function in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods 80 cases of patients with peptic ulcer with hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group(n =40) and control group (n =40) from April 2012 to June 2015.The control group was given cimetidine injection,the treatment group given lansoprazole injection.Compared the two groups of patients with coagulation changes and clinical efficacy after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in coagulation function before and after treatment(P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,aPTT,PT and TT were decreased,Fbg and PLT were increased in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group (92.5 ％)was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0％) (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group(82.5％)was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.5％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Lansoprazole can promote blood clotting function of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.And its clinical efficacy is significant.
