奥曲肽联合内镜下治疗肝硬化出血患者的效果

目的观察奥曲肽联合内镜下治疗肝硬化出血患者的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院接诊的92例肝硬化出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用奥曲肽联合内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术;对照组采用内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术。患者治疗前、后经胃镜及CT增强检测,观察统计患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的有效率91.30%(41/46)明显高于对照组76.09%(35/46)(P0.05)。观察组患者平均止血时间(15.23±5.37)h、48 h再出血率4.35%(2/46)及并发症的发生率6.52%(3/46)明显低于对照组平均止血时间(19.94±5.23)h、48 h再出血率10.87%(5/46)及并发症的发生率15.22%(7/46)(P0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术治疗肝硬化出血患者,缩短患者止血时间,降低再出血率。

The Effect on Hemostasis of Octreotide Combined with Endoscopy in the Treatment of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of octreotide combined with endoscopy in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis bleeding .Methods 92 patients with liver cirrhosis bleeding in our hospital from January 2015 to 2017 in January were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group .The observation group was treated with octreotide combined with endoscopic variceal ligation,while the control group was treated with endoscopic variceal ligation .Before and after the treatment , the patients were treated with gastroscope and CT , and the effect of treatment and hemostasis of the patients were observed .Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%( 41/46 ) , which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 35/46 ) ( P <0.05 ) .the observation group average hemostasis time(15.23 ±5.37)h,48 h rebleeding rate was 4.35%(2/46)and the incidence of complications 6.52%(3/46)was significantly lower than the control group average hemostasis time (19.94 ±5.23)h,48 h 10.87%( 5/46 ) rebleeding rate and complication rate of 15.22%( 7/46 ) ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Octreotide combined with endoscopic variceal ligation in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis bleeding , could shorten the bleeding time ,reduced rebleeding rate .
