| 摘 要： | 目的分析评价双源CT冠状动脉血管成像对成人单支冠状动脉的诊断价值。方法收集本院37980例行双源CT冠状动脉造影的患者检查资料,回顾性分析单支冠状动脉变异情况。结果 37980例冠状动脉血管成像(CTA)中,共检测出单支冠状动脉26例,检出率约为0.07%,其中男13例,女13例,平均年龄(62.23±13.47)岁。检测出单支冠状动脉类型包括LI型8例,RI型1例,LII A型4例,LII B型2例,RII A型7例,RII B型2例,RII P型2例。结论 CTA能准确评价单支冠状动脉变异及各种亚型情况,对临床干预及治疗具有重要指导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis and evaluation of coronary dual-source CT angiography in diagnosis of adult single coronary artery.Methods 37980 patients examined by coronary dual-source CT angiography in our hospital were included,and single coronary artery in these patients were analyzed.Results In 37980 cases of coronary CTA,we detected 26 cases of single coronary artery,and the detection rate was about 0.068％.Patients with single coronary artery included 13 males and 13 females,with an average age of 62.23 ± 13.47.Detected single coronary artery included 8 cases of LⅠ,1 case of RⅠ,4 cases of LⅡ A,2 cases of LⅡ B,7 cases of RⅡ A,2 cases of RⅡ B and 2 cases of RⅡ P.Conclusions Dual-source CT coronary angiography can accurately evaluate single coronary artery and its subtypes,plays an important guiding role in clinical intervention and treatment. |
