噻氯匹定对脑外伤后脑梗死患者血小板聚集率和血浆溶血磷脂酸的影响

摘    要:目的探讨噻氯匹定对脑外伤后脑梗死患者血小板最大聚集率(PAGM)和血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)的影响。方法选择2014年1月~2016年10月于我院就诊的100例脑外伤后脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,及脑梗死组和噻氯匹定组,每组50例。同时选取我院同期进行健康体检的50例正常健康者作为正常对照组。噻氯匹定组患者给予噻氯匹定治疗。比较各组PAGM、LPA水平的变化情况。结果与正常对照组相比、脑梗死组LPA、PAGM水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与脑梗死组相比、噻氯匹定组LPA、PAGM水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。正常对照组几乎不存在脑梗塞病灶,与正常对照组相比、脑梗死组的脑梗塞灶面积增加(P0.05);与脑梗死组相比、噻氯匹定组的脑梗塞灶面积降低(P0.05)。结论脑梗死患者PAGM和LPA水平高于正常人,噻氯匹定可以降低脑梗死患者PAGM和LPA水平,降低脑梗塞灶面积。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of ticlopidineon on platelet aggregation maximum ( PAGM) and lysophosphatidic acid ( LPA) in cerebral infarction .Methods 100 cases patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2014 January to 2016 October were analyzed and divided into two groups .50 cases were divided into cerebral infarction group .50 cases were analyzed and divided into ticlopidineon group .Another 50 normal persons were chose to be control group .The levels of LPA and PAGM were evaluated in each group . Results Compared with the normal control group the levels of LPA in cerebral infarction group were obviously higher ( P <0.05 ) .Compared with the normal control group , the levels of PAGM in cerebral infarction group were obviously higher (P<0.05).Compared with the cerebral infarction group ,the levels of LPA in ticlopidineon group were obviously to reduce ( P<0.05 ) .Compared with the cerebral infarction group , the levels of PAGM in ticlopidineon group were obviously to reduce ( P<0.05 ) .Compared with the normal control group , the levels of cerebral infarction area in cerebral infarction group were obviously higher ( P <0.05 ) .Compared with the cerebral infarction group , the levels of cerebral infarction area in ticlopidineon group were obviously to reduce ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion patients with cerebral infarction have high levels of PAGM and LPA.Ticlopidineon could reduce the levels of PAGM ,LPA and cerebral infarction area .
