舒适护理对膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的探讨舒适护理在膝关节置换术后患者的应用效果,了解其对患者术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)等并发症、血栓弹力图(TEG)测定、舒适度、疼痛及满意度评分的影响。方法将本院52例膝关节置换术后的患者随机分成实验组和对照组,两组均进入我院统一的膝关节置换术后临床护理路径。两组均进行常规护理,与此同时实验组增加舒适护理。结果实验组术后下肢DVT等并发症的发生率低于对照组(P0.05),实验组术后2 h、12 h、24 h TEG的R和K高于对照组,而CI低于对照组(P0.05)。疼痛评分及舒适度评分两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对膝关节置换术后患者实施舒适护理,不但能降低下肢DVT等并发症的发生率,而且还能减少患者疼痛、提升患者舒适度及满意度。

Effect of Comfortable Careon Preventing deep Venous Thrombosis of Patients after knee Prosthesis

Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable care on patients after knee prosthesis,and to understand the efficacy on deep venous thrombosis (DVT)] thrombelastogram (TEG),degree of comfort,pain and satisfaction.Methods 52 patients after knee prosthesis was divided into two groups,both were given clinical nursing pathway,besides the experimental group was given comfortable care.Results The incidence of lower extremity DVT from the experimental group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05),TEG show R and K were higher while CI was lower compared to the control group at 2 h,12 h and 24 h postoperative respectively(P ＜ 0.05).The score of Kolcaba scale and VAS scale has statistical significance between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comfortable care on patients after knee prosthesis can reduce the incidence of DVT,health costs and the pain,and improve the degree of comfort and satisfaction of patients.
