高凝状态与糖尿病血管相关并发症的关系

目的探讨高凝状态与糖尿病血管相关并发症的关系。方法病例来源于2013年5月至2015年5月我院收治的200例糖尿病患者,依据患者是否合并血管相关并发症分为研究组(98例糖尿病合并血管相关并发症)及对照组(102例无血管相关并发症),观察2组血液相关指标糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、P选择素(Psel)]、血小板相关参数指标血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)]、凝血功能指标活化部分凝血活酶时间(a PTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶原时间(PT)]及血脂相关指标甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)]变化。结果研究组HbAlc、GSP、P-sel、MPV、P-LCR、PDW、Fbg、TG、TC、LDLC较对照组明显高,aPTT、TT明显短于对照组,均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论糖尿病血液处于高凝状态及高黏稠度患者易并发血管相关并发症。

Relationship between Hypercoagulable State and Diabetic Vascular Complications

Objective To investigate the relationship between hypercoagulable state and diabetic vascular complications.Methods 200 patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital between May 2013 and May 2015 were divided into study group (98 cases with diabetes mellitus and vascular complications) and control group (102 cases without vascular complications).The changes of blood related indexes glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc),glycosylated serum protein (GSP),P selectin (P-sel)],platelet related parameters platelet count (PLT),mean platelet volume (MPV),platelet large cell ratio (P-LCR),platelet distribution width (PDW)],coagulation function indexes activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT),fibrinogen (Fbg),prothrombin time (PT)] and serum lipids triglyceride (TG),serum total cholesterol (TC),low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C)] were observed.Results HbAlc,GSP,P-sel,MPV,P-LCR,PDW,Fbg,TG,TC and LDLC in the study group were significantly higher than those in control group,and APTT and TT were significantly shorter than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients whose blood is in hypercoagulable state and high viscosity are easy to have vascular complications.
