护理分组管理对血液透析质量及安全性的影响

目的探讨护理分组管理对血液透析质量及安全性的影响。方法选取2013年3月至2015年2月于我院进行血液透析的患者88例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组实施常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予护理分组管理,采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价两组干预前后情绪状态,应用生活质量评价量表(SF-36)、护理满意度评分表比较其生活质量及护理满意度,同时分析两组治疗依从性及血液透析相关知识知晓率,并记录血栓、感染等并发症发生率。结果干预后观察组HAMA评分(7.12±0.46)分、HAMD评分(5.91±0.24)分与对照组比较明显较低(P0.05);观察组SF-36评分(130.95±2.78)分、护理满意度评分(89.74±1.23)分高于对照组(P0.05);观察组依从性95.5%及血液透析相关知识知晓率88.6%较对照组86.4%、70.5%高(P0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.8%与对照组22.7%比较明显较低(P0.05)。结论护理分组管理可有效提高血液透析质量及安全性。

Effects of Nursing Group Management on Quality and Safety of Hemodialysis

Objective To explore effects of nursing group management on quality and safety of hemodialysis.Methods 88 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the research objects,they were divided by random number table into the observation group and the control group (each 44 cases),the control group was given routine management,the observation group added nursing group management on the basis of the control group,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD)were used to compare emotional state of the two groups before and after the intervention,quality of life evaluation scale (SF-36)and nursing satisfaction scale were used to compare quality of life and nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance and awareness rate of the related knowledge of hemodialysis in the two groups were analyzed,thrombus,infection and other complications rate were recorded.Results After the intervention,HAMA scores (7.12 ± 0.46) scores,HAMD scores (5.91 ± 0.24)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);SF-36 scores (130.95 ± 2.78) scores,nursing satisfaction score (89.74 ± 1.23) scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P ＜ 0.05);compliance 95.5％ and awareness rate of the related knowledge of hemodialysis 88.6％ of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (86.4％,70.5％) (P ＜0.05);complication rate of the observation group 6.8％ was significantly lower than the control group (22.7％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Nursing group management can improve quality and safety of hemodialysis effectively.
