血塞通联合前列地尔治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效

目的观察血塞通联合前列地尔治疗脑梗塞患者的临床效果。方法从2011年11月~2015年11月到我院接受治疗的脑梗塞患者中抽取206例作为研究对象,并严格按照随机原则将其分为对照组与实验组,均为103例。给予对照组患者单用药物前列地尔治疗,实验组则采用血塞通联合前列地尔治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损情况以及生活能力恢复情况。结果对照组患者的临床效果(74.76%)低于实验组(89.32%)P0.05;治疗前,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分及生活评分无统计学差异;治疗后实验组患者的神经功能评分与生活能力评分均优于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生情况无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论血塞通联合前列地尔治疗脑梗塞患者,可明显改善其神经功能与生活能力,且无不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Xuesaitong Combined with Alprostadil in Treating Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the clinical effects of Xuesaitong combined with alprostadil in the treatment of cerebral infarction .Methods From November 2011 to November 2015 , 206 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and experimental group ( n=103 ) .The patients in the control group were treated with alprostadil alone .The patients in the experimental group were treated with Xuesaitong combined with alprostadil .The clinical curative effect,the neurological deficit and the recovery of the living ability of the two groups were observed .Results The clinical effect of the control group (74.76%) was lower than that of the experimental group (89.32%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ) .Before treatment ,the neurological deficit score and life score of the two groups were not statistically significant,(12.65 ±2.67)and(14.73 ±2.35)points respectively,and the scores of life function were (74.51 ±9.94 ) and ( 56.28 ±9.20 ) points respectively after treatment , and the scores of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were ,The neurological function score and the living ability score of the experimental group were superior to the control group , and P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0.05) .Conclusion Xuesaitong combined with alprostadil treatment of cerebral infarction patients , can significantly improve their neurological function and life skills ,and no adverse reactions ,safe and reliable .
