孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病与血小板和凝血功能的相关性研究

目的探讨孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病与血小板和凝血功能的相关性。方法选择2015年1月~2016年10月于我院就诊的120例孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为研究对象,分为妊娠期高血压组40例,轻度子痫前期组42例,重度子痫前期和子痫组38例。随机选择同期正常妊娠42例为正常妊娠组。探讨孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病与血栓标志物、血小板和凝血功能的相关性。结果与正常妊娠组比较,妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期和子痫组PT、aPTT、TT明显降低,且随病情加重(P0.05);与正常妊娠组比较,妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期和子痫组Fbg明显升高,且随病情加重(P0.05);与正常妊娠组比较,妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期和子痫组PLT明显降低,且随病情加重(P0.05);与正常妊娠组比较,妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期和子痫组PDW、MPV明显升高,且随病情加重(P0.05);与正常妊娠组比较,妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期和子痫组D-D、vWF明显升高,且随病情加重(P0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者呈高凝状态,产前测定凝血指标、血小板指标,对孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病的预防及治疗具有重要的临床意义。

Correlation Between Platelet,Coaguiation Function and Hypertensive Disorders Complicating Pregnancy

Objective To study the correlation between platelet,coaguiation function and hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy.Methods 120 cases patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy in our hospital from 2015 January to 2016 October were analyzed,and 40 cases were divided into gestational hypertension group,42 cases were mild preeclampsia group and 38 cases were severe preeclampsia group.Another 40 normal pregnancy were chose to be control group.The levels of platelet indicators and coaguiation indicators were evaluated in each group.Results Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the levels of PT、aPTT、TT in gestational hypertension group,mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were obviously lower (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the levels of Fbg in gestational hypertension group,mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were obviously higher (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the levels of PLT in gestational hypertension group,mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were obviously lower(P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the levels of PDW、MPV in gestational hypertension group,mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were obviously higher(P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the levels of D-D、vWF in gestational hypertension group,mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were obviously higher (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy women are in the hypercoaguiation state.Antenatai examination of coaguiation function and Variabies are important for the prevention and treatment.
