颞下颌关节骨关节病动物模型的建立

目的 建立全颞下颌关节骨关节病(TMJOA)实验动物模型。  方法 选择8只新西兰大白兔，在大白兔的右侧颞下颌关节上腔以及下腔注射注射2%木瓜蛋白酶各0.2?mL，注射两次，3天一次，左侧为对照，注射后第1、3、5周取材,对TMJ进行组织病理学观察。  结果 注射木瓜蛋白酶早期，颞骨关节面、关节盘、髁状突软骨即出现明显的骨关节病的改变；后期出现关节软骨纤维层剥脱，关节软骨以及关节盘中的裂隙明显，局部颞骨关节面和髁状突出现关节软骨剥脱等损害 结论  实验结果表明，颞下颌关节上、下腔注入木瓜蛋白酶是造成全颞下颌关节退行性改变动物模型的有效方法，该方法快速、简单、重复性好。

An animal model of osteoarthritis on the temporomandibular joint
