| 摘 要： | 医院办公自动化管理（hospital office automated system，HOA）系统包括护理办公系统管理、护理科研管理、护理质量管理及护理质量监测记录，各模块相互关联，涵盖了各项护理管理工作内容及质量管理的信息及功能。HOA的应用优势包括：护士长工作的实时记录，护理部通过信息系统实施质量控制。护士长日常工作的快捷性，提高护士长的工作效率，护士长质量管理的随时性、规范性等。利用HOA，规范了护理工作中办公管理程序的流程，拓展了护理管理的模式，是实现医院信息化的管理改革、提高工作效率与管理水平的快捷途径。
