白介素-17在结直肠腺瘤性息肉中的表达及意义

目的:探讨结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织中白介素-17(IL-17)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测88例结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织中IL-17的表达,以结肠镜活检正常结直肠粘膜组织30例为对照,分析其表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。结果:IL-17阳性表达率,结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织高于正常肠粘膜[(19.13±5.87)%vs(2.14±1.17)%,P<0.05];在结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织中IL-17的阳性表达率与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),但与组织学分型、直径大小、不典型增生程度和发生部位相关(P<0.05)。结论:IL-17在结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织中高表达,可能是结直肠腺瘤性息肉发生、发展及癌变过程中的重要促进因子。

Expression and Significance of IL-17 in Human Colorectal Adenomas

Objective : to investigate the colorectal adenomas polyp tissues in the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17) and its clinical significance.Methods : using immunohistochemical SP method to detect 88cases of colorectal adenomas polyp tissues in the expression of IL-17,and analyze its expression level and the clinical pathological characteristics of the relationship.Results : IL-17positive expression rate of colorectal adenomas polyp tissues was higher than the normal intestinal mucosa [(17.03 + 5.87) % vs(2.34 + 1.27) %,P <0.05 ];In colorectal adenomas polyp tissues IL-17positive expression rate : has nothing to do with age,sex(P>0.05),a CVS above tubes and tubular villi of polyps,greater than or equal to 1cm in diameter than the diameter of less than 1cm of polyps,severe dysplasia is higher than that in mild and moderate atypical hyperplasia polyps,rectum,rectum is higher than other parts of the border areas of polyps.Conclusion : IL-17May be colorectal adenomas sex polyp occurrence,development and important promoting factor in the process of cancer for colorectal adenomas sex polyp canceration prediction has important meaning.
