| 摘 要： | 血红素加氧酶1及其产物胆红素和一氧化碳具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗内皮细胞凋亡和抑制平滑肌细胞迁移和增殖的作用。这一功能广泛的氧化酶系统在心血管系统的病理生理过程中扮演着重要的角色,它的作用涉及血压的调控、动脉粥样硬化的发生发展和冠状动脉介入治疗后再狭窄的发生。

| Abstract: | Heme oxygenase-1 and its products bilirubin and carbon monoxide have multiple ftmctions including anti-inflammatory, antioxidation, anti-apoptosis of endotheliocyte and preventing migration and proliferation of contracticle fiber cells. This oxidase system with wide function plays an important role in the pathophysiology of cardiovascular system. Its fimction is related to the controlling of blood pressure, the genesis and development of atherosclerosis and the occurrence of restenosis after coronary artery interventional theapy. |
