原发性小肠肿瘤的临床特征

目的：探讨原发性小肠肿瘤的临床特征。方法：对４２例原发性小肠肿瘤进行回顾性分析。结果小肠恶性肿瘤３６例,良性肿瘤６例;其中十二指肠肿瘤７例,空肠肿瘤１０例,回肠肿瘤２５例,误诊２５例,（５９．５２％）。原发性小肠肿瘤我 于咽肠,临床表现无一定节律性和特征性,早期多无明显症状,常见症状为腹痛、腹块、贫血和消化道出血。结论：原发性小肠肿瘤瘤由于缺乏简便、可靠的诊断措施,往往导致误诊和迟诊断,应引起临床

Clinical features of primary small intestinal tumors

Objective:To study the clinical features of primary small intestinal tumors.Methods:Forty two patients with primary intestinal tumors were analysed.Results:Thirty six were primary small intestinal cancer and 6 benign tumors.Seven of the tumors were located in the duodenum,10 in the jejunum,and 25 in the ileum.Twenty four cases(59.52%) were misdiagnosed.The majority primary small intestinal tumors were in the ileum.The clinical characteristics were not regular or specific,and the symptoms vague in the early stage.Symptoms of small intestinal tumors included abdominal pain,a palpable mass,anemia and bleeding of alimentary tract.Conclusions:Diagnosis was usually delayed and incorrect because of lack of simple and convenient diagnosis measures,which must be paid attention to by clinicians.
