| 摘 要： | 物资集中采购是近年来政府机关和大型企业为降低自身运行成本所采用的先进管理模式.随着医院自身发展速度的不断加快,后勤保障能力也相应随之提升.医院物资集中采购就是把各部门采购的零星通用物资集中采购,集中管理,达到降低医院运行成本,资源合理配置的目的.

| Abstract: | Material centralized purchasing is an advanced managements model to cut down running cost used by government organizations and great enterprises in recent years.Capability of rear service is corresponding to upgrade with the accelerating development of the hospital.Material centralized purchasing of hospital means that general odds and ends materials are centralized purchased and managed to reduce the running cost of the hospital and dispose the resources reasonably. |
