| 摘 要： | 目的建立RP—HPLC法测定畅中胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法以磷酸盐缓冲液[0．05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾和0．05mol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠（1：1），含0．2％三乙胺，并用磷酸调pH至3．0]-乙腈（62：38）为流动相，Thermo ODS-2 HPYERSIL为固定相，检测波长为424nm。结果盐酸小檗碱0．7325～7．325μg的范围内线性关系良好（r=0．999），平均回收率为98．93％，RSD为2．12％，结论该法快捷、简便、准确，能更好的控制其质量。

| Abstract: | Aim An RP-HPLC method was established for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Changzhong capusules. Methods With phosphate as the buffer [ 0.05 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.05 mol·L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate, consisting of 0.2% triethylamine and pH was adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid]- acetonitrile （62： 38） as the mobile and Thermo ODS -2HPYERSIL as the stable, UV determination was set 424nm; Results A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 732 5 -7. 325μg （ r =0. 999） for the Berberine hydrochloride, The average recovery of the berberine hydrochloride was 98.93% with an RSD of 2.12%. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid , accurate as a quality standard. |
