摘    要:目的:测定黄柏中多种微量元素的含量,为研究金属元素在黄柏中的含量与药用功能提供有效的数据。方法:采用标准曲线法,用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素的含量。结果:方法的加标回收率在98.00%~102.6%范围内,RSD(n=6)在0.90%~4.00%之间。结论:测定方法简单易行,方便快捷。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the trace elements in Phellodendron chinese, which would also supply useful data of the relation of the metal elements in corydalis and Medicinal function. Methods:The contents of trace elements in PheUodendron chinese by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results:The results showed that the recovery rate was between 98.0 % --102.6 %, the relative standard deviation ( n = 6 ) was between 0.90 % - 4.0 %. Conclusion:The characteristic method is quick , simple and convenient, and the results are satisfactory.
