| 摘 要： | 目的:测定黄柏中多种微量元素的含量,为研究金属元素在黄柏中的含量与药用功能提供有效的数据。方法:采用标准曲线法,用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素的含量。结果:方法的加标回收率在98.00%~102.6%范围内,RSD(n=6)在0.90%~4.00%之间。结论:测定方法简单易行,方便快捷。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the trace elements in Phellodendron chinese, which would also supply useful data of the relation of the metal elements in corydalis and Medicinal function. Methods：The contents of trace elements in PheUodendron chinese by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results：The results showed that the recovery rate was between 98.0 % --102.6 %, the relative standard deviation （ n = 6 ） was between 0.90 % - 4.0 %. Conclusion：The characteristic method is quick , simple and convenient, and the results are satisfactory. |
