摘 要: | 目的: 探讨急性脑损伤亚低温治疗对凝血功能的影响. 方法: 观察大鼠脑损伤亚低温治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)的变化. 结果: 亚低温组在6 h内PT、APTT、TT较其他组延长, 6 h后快速复位;而脑损伤组PT、APTT及TT在6 h后呈现降低趋势,随后逐渐升高. 亚低温组FIB值于伤后6 h内呈下降趋势,6 h后回升. 脑损伤组FIB值在6 h内呈升高趋势,6 h后下降. 结论: 颅脑损伤早期可致机体的高凝状态,亚低温是颅脑损伤后高凝状态的有效治疗手段.

Effect of mild hypothermia on the coagulation function in acute cerebral injured rats |

Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the effect of mild hypothermic treatment on the coagulation function in acute cerebral injured rats. METHODS: Prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB) levels were studied in cerebral injured rats after treatment with mild hypothermia. RESULTS: PT, APTT, and TT in the mild hypothermia group were longer than in the other groups during the first 6 hours, and then returned to normal levels after 6 hours. In cerebral injured groups, PT, APTT, and TT decreased in the first 6 hours, then increased after 6 hours. FIB levels decreased in the first 6 hours, and increased 6 hours later in the mild hypothermia groups. In cerebral injured groups, FIB levels increased in the first 6 hours and decreased 6 hours later. CONCLUSION: Cerebral injury in the early stage could result in hypercoagulability, and mild hypothermia is an effective method to treat hypercoagulability after cerebral injury. |
