摘    要:目的:观察YAG眼科激光切除人工晶体前膜的疗效。方法:用MICR—OTUPTORVQ开关Nd:YAG眼科激光治疗人工晶体植入术后发生人工晶体前膜,经皮质类固醇激素点眼治疗疗效差的患者35例(37眼)。将双瞄准光处于正确聚焦位置,以使击破前膜的最低能量为度。34眼一次将前膜切除,1眼因出血,3d后再行激光前囊膜清除干净,2眼需行第二次激光切除。结果:Nd:YAG激光治疗一次性切除前膜35眼(94.6%),二次切除2眼.35眼手术后视力有明显提高,56.7%视力增0.5~0.8,10.8%增1.0~1.5。无人工晶体损伤、眼压增高、眼前节无明显炎症反应。结论:YAG激光前膜切除术是一种安全有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To assess the efficacy of Nd:YAG laser in removing the anterior fibrinous membrane of anterior surface of intraocular lens. Methods Nd:YAG laser was applied on 35 cases (37 eyes) of fibrinous membrane on the anterior surface of intraocular lensed, which had not responded well to steroid therapy. The settings were fundamental mode,and low energy 1.0 to 1.8 mJ was used. A clear central zone was created within the visual axis. All eyes were sucsesfully treated,of which 34 eyes were treated once,3 eyes 2 twice. One eye was found bleeding at the first treatment,3 days later it was treated again. Results Nd: YAG laser successfully cleared the anterior fibrinous membrane of intraocular lens. The visual acuity was improved from 0.2-0.4 to 0.5-0.8 in 56.7% of the eyes.1. 0-1.5 from in 10.8%. Intraocular lenses were not damaged and IOP was not raised in all 37 eyes. Conclusion Nd:YAG laser is efficacy and safety in removing the anterior fibrinous membrane of anterior surface of intraocular lens.
