1592例医院感染致病菌耐药率分析

摘    要:目的 为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法 对1996至2001年感染病例中检出的729株致病菌进行药敏试验。结果 前3年常见致病菌依次为大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌。后3年依次为大肠埃希氏菌、真菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。结论 医院感染病原菌是随着抗生素的不断更新和滥用或免疫机能的低下而发生变迁的。近几年真菌病也与革兰氏阴性杆菌感染一样占重要地位,与文献报道相符^[1]。革兰氏阳性球菌特别是金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素类抗生素和磺胺类药物有普遍的耐药性,而阴性杆菌对庆大、丁胺、氟哌酸,其耐药率有明显增高的趋势。因此,根据药敏试验选用抗生素和分期分批交换使用有着特殊意义。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide evidence for using adapted Antibios METHODS 729 pathogens are separated from 1996 to 2001 infection cases by drug sensitivity test RESULTS In early three years,the primary pathogen is Escherichia Cili,Staplylococcal Aureus and Salmonella Typhi,but later three years is Escherichia coli fungus and saphylococcal aureus in seguence CONCLUSION With being renewed and abused antibios,or increasing patients which are in poor immune conditions,the pathogens causing nosocomial infections are changed Recently,it's no difference with the past article that the diseas caused by fungus as same as G bacillus infections are important G+coccus especial Staplylococcal Aureus is more popular resistance to Penicillin and SMZ,and G bacillus is more significantly intended to resist Gantamicin ,Amikacin and Norfloxacin,So it's more significant to use adapted antibios,based on the drug sensitivity and alternating different antibios in different stages
