超声测量肱动脉血流量对血液透析桡动脉-头静脉内瘘的监测价值

摘    要:目的:通过彩色多普勒超声在非透析情况下测量肱动脉血流量,探讨其与透析用头静脉-桡动脉人工内瘘功能的关系。方法:对60例内瘘患者用彩色多普勒超声测量肱动脉血流量,与透析后检验指标进行对照分析。结果:本组35例正常透析患者,血流量测量范围550-950mL·min-1,平均610mL·min-1,各项检验指标均正常;20例发生内瘘狭窄、血栓等并发症,血流量为300-500mL·min-1,检验指标出现异常;5例为人工内瘘成熟失败,无法满足透析需要,血流量﹤300mL·min-1。结论:彩色多普勒超声通过测量肱动脉血流量,可评估透析的血流量,从而监测头静脉-桡动脉人工内瘘的功能。

Monitoring Value of Ultrasound Measurements of the Blood Flow in Brachial Artery to Hemodialysis in Radial Artery-Cephalic Vein Internal Fistula

Abstract:Objective:By color Doppler ultrasound in the case of non-dialysis measurements of brachial artery blood flow to investigate its relationship with dialysis in radial artery-cephalic vein internal fistula. Methods:The blood flow in brachial artery of 60 cases of fistula patients was measured by color Doppler ultrasound,and the test indicators were compared with those after dialysis. Results:In the group,the measurement range of the blood flow of 35 normal dialysis patients was 550- 950 mL·min - 1 ,average 610 mL·min - 1 ,the test indicators were normal;Complications,such as fistula stenosis and thrombosis,occurred in 20 cases,in which the blood flow was 300 - 500 mL·min - 1 ,test indicators were abnor-mal;5 cases of artificial fistula maturation were failed,unable to meet the needs of dialysis,in which the blood flow was below 300 mL·min - 1 . Conclusion:By measuring brachial artery blood flow color Doppler ultrasound can assess blood flow of dialysis,thereby it can monitor the function of the artificial cephalic vein-radial artery internal fistula.
