经颅多普勒评价阿托伐他汀对脑卒中患者脑血流影响

目的：通过经颅多普勒超声（ TCD）动态评价阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者脑血流动力学的影响。方法：通过TCD检查60例首次诊断为急性缺血性脑卒中患者的脑血流动力学，根据患者是否规律服用阿托伐他汀分为服药组和非服药组各30例，发病3个月后再次随访TCD。结果：发现服药组患者发病3个月后双侧大脑中动脉（MCA）收缩期血流速度、平均血流速度均较发病1周内有上升（P﹤0.05），搏动指数（PI）较发病1周内有下降（P﹤0.05）。非服药组患者发病3个月后双侧MCA 的PI、血流速度均较发病1周内差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者脑血流动力学改善有一定的作用。

The evaluation of the influence of atorvastatin on cerebral blood flow in patients with stroke by transcranial doppler

Objective：To dynamically evaluate the influence of atorvastatin on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with ischemic stroke by transcranial Doppler（ TCD）. Methods：Checking the cerebral hemodynamics in 60 ischemic stroke patients who were first diagnosed of this disease by TCD,evenly divided these 60 cases into medication group and nonmedication group according to whether they took medicine regularly. Follow-up was done to these patients again after 3 months of onset by TCD. Results：Compared the 3 months after onset with onset within 1 week,it was found that bilateral middle cerebral artery systolic blood flow velocity and mean velocity all rose in medication group（P﹤0. 05）,pulsatility index decreased in medication group（P﹤0. 05）,while bilateral middle cerebral artery pulsatility index and blood flow velocity had no significant difference in non-medication group（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Atorvastatin may have the effects on improving the situation of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with ischemic stroke.
