摘    要:目的了解南水北调中线引江济汉水利工程对血吸虫病流行的影响,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法制定现场调查方案,调查工程区3个县(市、区)试点区基本情况及近4年内血吸虫病疫情,立档建库。结果工程区域内现有钉螺面积2531.97hm2,血吸虫病人20998人。病牛1352头。整个工程区渠道流域路线大部分为血吸虫病非流行区,部分流行区的疫情较轻。结论工程区存在着血吸虫病流行的潜在威胁因素,应采取相应的6项干预措施。如未实施血防措施,有可能发生血吸虫病局部暴发流行。

Abstract:Objective To understand the potential impact of South-North Water-Diversion Middle-line Project on the transmission of schistosomiasis in Hubei Province. Methods The data of annual change of water and the historical schistosomiasis situation in 3 cities (counties) were collected. Results In the invesgated cities (counties), there were 2 531.97 hm2 snail areas, and 20 998 schistosomiasis patients and 1 352 cattle with schistosome infection. Conclusion The construction of South-North Water-Diversion Middle-line Project promotes economy development in local areas. However,the project would spread schistosomiasis unless some effective measures are implemented.
