HPLC法测定治感佳胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量

目的:探讨测定治感佳胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,使用Hypersil-ODS(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶水(20∶80)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长257 nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在20.0μg/ml~100.0μg/ml范围内有很好的线性关系,其线性方程为A=61113C-5276(n=6,r=0.9999),回收率为99.14%,RSD=0.73%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法测定治感佳胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量线性关系好、准确度高、稳定性好、专属性强,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。

Determination of paracetamol in Zhiganjia Capsules by HPLC

Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol in Zhiganjia Capsules.Methods: Hypersil ODS column(200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as analytical column,with the mobile phase of methanol water(20∶80).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wave length was 257 nm.Results: The concentration of paracetamol was linearly in the rang of 20.0～100.0 μg/ml and the linear regression equation was A=61113C-5276(n=6,r=0.9999).Mean recovery was 99.14%,with RSD=0.73%(n=6).Conclusion: This method was simple and definite.It has a linear relationship,high accuracy and stability,it is of specific characteristics which can be used to control the quality of the products.
