医院职工体检结果分析

目的：通过对医院职工的体检，了解常见病的发生情况，为医院职工的保健工作提供依据。方法：对264例受检的医院职工进行体检和血液生化检查。结果：肥胖130例（49．2％），血脂异常113例（42．8％），心电图异常74例（28％．0），前列腺肥大52例（19．7％），高血压43例（16．3％），肾结石36例（13．6％），糖尿病14例（5．3％）。中年组在肥胖、血脂异常、前列腺肥大、高血压及糖尿病方面的患病率高于青年组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。男性在肥胖、高血压、肾结石方面的患病率高于女性，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：医院职工应加强保健工作。

Inquisition and analysis of the health condition of doctors

Objective： To understand the occurrence of common diseases and to provide evidence for working the medical care well through the examination of doctors. Methods： The 264 doctors were medical examined and their blood was tested. Results： 130 cases were obesity （49.2%）, 113 cases were lipid abnormalities （42.8%）, 74 cases were ECG abnormalities （28.0%）, 52 cases were prostatic hypertrophy （19.7%）, 43 cases were hypertension （16.3%）, 36 cases were kidney stones （13.6%）, 14 cases were diabetes mellitus （5.3%）. Middle age group prevalence of obesity, lipid abnormalities, prostatic hypertrophy, hypertension and diabetes were higher than the young group＇ prevalence, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Men prevalence in obesity, hypertension, kidney stones were higher than female,s, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Doctors should be strengthened health care.
