人眼视网膜凹陷发育的观察

①目的 观察人眼视网膜凹陷的组织学发育。②方法 选择胚胎７～３８周眼球标本４１４例４１４眼及６１例６１眼尸检眼球切片，观察了视网膜凹陷处视网膜神经节细胸（ＲＧＣ）、内核层（ＩＮＬ）及视锥细胞核的层数，了解ＩＮＬ中Ｃｈｉｅｖｉｔｚ层数出现与消失的时间，视锥细胞内、外段及Ｈｅｎｌｅｎ纤维出现的时间。③结果 凹陷部位的开矿自胚胎１６周时局部微隆，到胚胎２４周时开始微凹陷，此后凹陷渐加深，ＲＧＣ和ＩＮＬ层

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HUMAN EYE FOVEA

Objective\ To study the development of the fovea on human eye.\ Methods\ 414 eyes obtained from 414 aborted fetuses (from 7 weeks to full terms) and 61 eyes obtained from 61 autopsies were sectioned, the number of the nucler la yers of the retinal ganglion cells, inner nuclear layers and cones within retinal fovea were observed by a light microscope; the time of the transient layer of Chievitz appeared and disappeared, and the time of the inner and outer segment of the cones and the fibers of Henlen appeared were also observed.\ Results\ At 16 weeks of fetus, the shape of fovea curvatures elevated focally, at 24 weeks of fetus it became depression slightly and deepened with time. The retinal ganglion cells and inner nuclear layers became thinner progressively until they run into the fiber layers. The transient layers of Chievitz emerged at 6th month of fetus and existed until 3 years old, and disappeared at 4 years old.\ Conclusion\ The human fovea reaches maturity at about 4 years old.
