| 摘 要： | 目的了解目前山东省综合性公立医院承担社会责任的状况。方法以山东省20家综合性公立医院为目标医院，设计问卷，进行问卷调查，并辅以现场调查。结果从组织结构、员工、病人、政府、环境及医保部门、社会责任认知度等层面分析显示，医院社会责任各层面的履行情况不均衡。结论当前公立医院缺少社会责任的可持续发展战略规划，有必要发布社会责任报告和亟需构建公立医院社会责任评价指标体系。 |
