| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨科速(厄贝莎坦)治疗原发性高血压动态血压监测(ABPM)效果与护理方法。方法:选择1~2级原发性高血压患者32例,口服科速150~300mg/d,1次/d,必要时加服氢氯噻嗪12.5~25mg/d。行动态血压监测,观察治疗4周末及8周末降压效果和不良反应。结果:治疗4周后显效率60%,总有效率74%;治疗8周后显效率62%,总有效率76%。结论:科速治疗原发性高血压效果持久、稳定,耐受性好,无不良反应。加强动态血压监测时的护理至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of dynamic blood pressure monitoring and methods of nursing care in the treatment of primary hypertension with Irbersartan.Methods: 32 patients with primary hypertension(grade 1 to grade 2) were selected for the treatment.Oral administration of Irbersartan in dosage of 150 to 300mg/d was adopted,and 12.5 to 25mg/d of Benazepril was given if it was necessary.The effective outcome of depressurization and side-effects were observed at the end of 4th and 8th week of the treatment through application of dynamic blood pressure monitoring.Results: The effectual rate was 60% and the total effective rate was 74% after 4-week treatment.The effectual rate and the total effective rate were 62% and 76% respectively after 8-week treatment.Conclusion: Potency of Irbersartan is found endurable,stable and there are no side-effects.It is important to strengthen nursing care in dynamic blood pressure monitoring. |
