急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞23例诊治分析

目的探讨急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的早期诊断及外科治疗方法。方法回顾性总结23例急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞患者的临床资料,对其临床特征、诊断及治疗方法进行分析。结果23例患者术前确诊6例,其余经手术或尸检证实。2例危重患者未及手术死于中毒性休克和心肺功能衰竭,1例确诊后出院,院外死亡。其余20例均于全身麻醉下行手术治疗,术后死亡7例,治愈13例。结论剧烈而没有相应体征的腹痛、器质性和并发心房纤颤的心脏病、胃肠排空异常是该病的三联征,有助于早期诊断,选择性动脉造影有重要诊断意义。手术治疗仍是目前治疗本病的主要方法,早期诊断,及时手术探查是提高疗效的关键。
