中西医结合治疗臁疮的疗效观察

目的:评价煨脓长肉膏联合浅静脉腔内激光术(EVLT)治疗臁疮的临床疗效。方法:将72例臁疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组用煨脓长肉膏联合EVLT治疗,对照组采用清洁换药联合EVLT。结果:(1)观察组疮面治愈31例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率为97.2%;对照组疮面治愈20例,好转11例,无效5例,总有效率为86.1%;两组间差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。(2)观察组和对照组的疮面愈合时间均数分别为16.60±6.47天和54.05±33.08天,差异有显著性意义(P0.01)。(3)治疗组的症候群改善情况好于对照组,其中瘙痒、疼痛症候改善有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:煨脓长肉膏联合EVLT治疗臁疮,可以提高治愈率,缩短疗程,改善症状。

Clinical Study on Venous Ulcerations Treated by Weinongzhangrou Plaster Combined with Endovenous Laser Treatment

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of venous ulcerations treated by weinongzhangrou plaster combined with endovenous laser treatment(EVLT).Method:72 cases of patients of venous ulcerations were randomly divided into treatment group(treated by weinongzhangrou plaster combined with EVLT)and contrast group(treated by surgery change medication with EVLT.Results:①As for the treatment group,31 cases were significantly effective,4 cases were effectual and 1 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 97.2%.As for the contrast group,20 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effectual and 5 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 86.1%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect(P<0.05).②The healing time of ulcer in therapy and control groups are 16.60±6.47 d and 54.05±33.08 d,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).③The relief of their clinical symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in control group after therapy while the relief of itch and pain has statistic difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Venous ulcerations treated by weinongzhangrou plaster combined with EVLT may increase the cure rate,improve the clinical symptoms,decrease the treatment duration.
