益欣康泰胶囊治疗肺心病和冠心病患者的临床疗效观察

目的；观察益欣康泰胶囊对肺心病，冠心病患者的临床治疗效果。方法：对经过严格选择的１０３例肺心病虱和１１８例冠心病病人用益康泰胶囊治疗４０天前后进行了自觉症状，的观察和血气，血液流变学及心电图等指标的检测。结果；服药后肺心病及冠心病患者的自觉症状及心电图有了明显的好转，总有效率分别达到了９１．３％和８９％，同时肺心病患者的血气和血液流变学也有了不同程度的改善。

THE EFFECT OF THE TREATMENT OF YIXINKANGTAI CAPSULE ON COR PULMONALE ANDCORONARY HEART DISEASE

To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of Yinxinkangtai capsule on cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease.Methods:103 cases with cor pulmonale and 118 cases with coronary heart disease were selected and the patients'symptoms(sleep,spirit,physical fitness,palpitation,short breath,edema,chest distress,attack frequency of angina pectoris and its duration,blood gas,EKG were measured in 40 days after taking the drug.Results:the symptoms and EKG of the patients improved significantly,and the rate of total effectiveness was 91.3% and 89%,In addition,the blood gas and blood rheology in the cor pulmonale were also improved in the different degree (P <0 05).Conclusions;The capsule has a good therapeutic effectiveness on the treatment of patients with cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease.
