加味七方胃痛颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清胃泌素含量及HSP70表达的影响

目的探讨加味七方胃痛颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）模型大鼠血清胃泌素含量及胃组织热休克蛋白70（HSP70）表达的影响。方法采用致癌化学物MNNG复制CAG动物模型,给药后对各组大鼠测定胃酸、采用ELISA法检测血清胃泌素含量、S-P法检测HSP70的表达。结果加味七方胃痛颗粒大、中、小剂量组和胃复春组与模型组比较,血清胃泌素含量显著升高（P〈0.01）;加味七方胃痛颗粒大剂量组与胃复春组相比,HSP70蛋白表达增加（P〈0.05）。结论加味七方胃痛颗粒对CAG模型大鼠具有促进胃酸分泌,提高血清胃泌素含量及增强HSP70的表达的作用。

Effect of Modified Qifangweitong Granules on Serum Gastrin Content and HSP70 Expression

Objective To investigate the effects of modified Qifangweitong Granules on serum gastrin content and HSP70 expression of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）in the gastric mucosa of rats models.Methods CAG rats medel was established by MNNG method,the gastric acid were tested after administration,the serum gatrin content were detected by ELLSA,and the HSP70 expressions were detected by S-P method.Results Compared with the model group and the Weifuchun group,the serum gastrin content in the groups of large,medium and small dosage of modified Qifangweitong Granules were increased significantly（P0.01）.Compared with the Weifuchun group,the expression of HSP70 protein in the group of large dosage of modified Qifangweitong Granules increased（P0.05）.Conclusion Modified Qifangweitong Granules may play a role of promoting secretion of gastric acid and improving serum gastrin and HSP70 expression on CAG rats models.
